Your Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business transactions. We expect you to submit documentation in a timely manner, respond promptly to requests for clarification, and review the financial statements we provide. You also agree to keep us informed of any significant changes in your business operations.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your business transactions while following all relevant accounting standards. The specific services provided will be determined by the service level outlined in your engagement letter. We'll provide regular financial reports, meet IRS and state filing deadlines, and offer support to help you understand your financial position. We will alert you to potential issues or concerns we identify during our work.

Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. All your business and personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We maintain secure systems for storing and processing your data, and we will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Document Retention

We maintain records according to professional standards and IRS requirements. Transaction records are kept for seven years, with secure backup systems in place. You may request copies of your records at any time, and we follow a structured document destruction schedule for outdated records.

Communication

We strive to maintain clear and timely communication. Emails will be responded to within one business day, and urgent matters will be addressed as soon as possible. Monthly financial statements will be delivered by agreed-upon dates, and we will notify you in advance of any anticipated delays.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will complete all work in progress, provide you with copies of all relevant documents and files, and issue a final invoice for services rendered. We will maintain confidentiality of your information even after service ends.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and professional services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for management decisions you make based on our reports or for errors resulting from incorrect information provided to us.
